Note from the Cellar Master

The first nose detects a bouquet of spiced almonds and violet floral tones, which precedes the revelation of a richer aroma, that of baked mirabelle. Harmonious on the palate, hints of candied lemon intertwine with almond and marzipan. A delicate tension marked by a mature freshness culminates in a remarkable finish.
